Mr. Burton has a strong background in structural design and management of medium and large projects. Mr. Burton, as do the other principals at BBM Structural Engineers, Inc. believes in a strong "hands-on" approach to each project. As such, he maintains daily contact with the projects from both a design and management role. This contact continues from initial schematic design through construction build-out and insures the client of a fully coordinated, quality set of construction documents.

Mr. Burton has served numerous and varied clientele over the past 25 years. His experience has challenged him on numerous projects, which have required structural design creativity and ingenuity. Combining his project management capabilities gained by over a decade of professional experience with state-of-the-art analysis and design technology, Mr. Burton has earned recognition among clients and peers alike as a leader in engineering management.

Previous to becoming a partner in BBM Structural Engineers, Mr. Burton was a project manager for a top-ten, national, Architectural / Engineering design firm. Through this association, and continuing through the present, he has been exposed to projects throughout the United States and the Caribbean. This experience has enabled Mr. Burton to observe, study, analyze and design with a wide variety of structural systems and techniques; benefits of this level of experience to the client are obvious.
